Satisfaction Guarantee
StarMark Imaging offers the highest standards of quality.  In the event that your package is damaged in transit, your order will be replaced in a timely manner.  It is the photographer’s responsibility to submit images that are suitable for printing.  StarMark Imaging will do its best to monitor images that are uploaded and notify clients if their images are of low quality and not suitable for printing. However we will not be held responsible for low resolution images that are uploaded and not caught by our monitoring efforts.

Turnaround Time
We offer a 24-hour turnaround time of most orders from the time the order begins processing.  Orders requiring comprehensive work, including mounted prints, high volume prints, and prints that require retouching will extend the expected turnaround time.  Orders received on Friday, after regular business hours, will be treated as orders received on Monday morning.  We do not ship on the weekends. 

Customers must indicate if there is a specific deadline for delivery of their photo order.  The customer is responsible for conveying that information either in the “Special Instructions” section of the ROES program or by calling customer service at 800-776-3456, during regular business hours.

Also available is a 100% rush fee for same day service for all orders.  Even with a rush order, we may not be able to guarantee same day shipping.  In this case, you will not be charged a rush fee.  Make sure to make your request in a timely fashion so we can accommodate such a request in accordance with our daily production.

StarMark Imaging is not responsible for delays by the shipping courier.  We will do our best to get your order delivered in a timely manner.  If you have shipping questions you may call UPS directly with your tracking number at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877) or you may call us toll free and we will take care of the matter for at 800-776-3456.

Order Cancellations and Changes
Orders that are submitted and subsequently printed before the client makes changes or cancels the order are responsible for that order.  We request that you submit an e-mail and call us immediately if changes need to be made or if the order needs to be cancelled.

Because of the nature of our business, we are not able to offer cash refunds. If you are ever dissatisfied with the work you receive, return it and we will redo it at no additional charge. We are committed to producing the best possible prints within the technical limits of the photographic process. 

To have work remade at no charge, you must return all the original paperwork and prints within 30 days of the invoice date. Please do not fold, write on, or damage the prints in any way. In emergency situations where time is critical, we can reprint a problem order immediately if the images and order information are still stored in our server. Please call the lab to determine if the information is still available. In this situation you will be billed for the new prints and then a credit will be issued when we receive the returned prints. Remake orders are not billed a shipping charge, if shipped by ground.

Limit of Liability & General Notices
Submitting any film, print, slide, negative, CD, or image file to this firm for processing, printing or other handling constitutes an agreement by you that any damages or loss by our company, subsidiaries, or agents, even though due to the negligence or other fault of our company, subsidiaries, or agents, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of processing or printing of the file at no charge. Except for such replacement, the acceptance of the film, print, slide, negative, CD, or image file is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.

StarMark Imaging is not responsible for any loss, damage or delay caused by the U.S. Postal Service, United Parcel Service, Federal Express, or any other package carrier.

From time to time StarMark Imaging will run promotional programs, these programs cannot be combined with any other offers.

Image Ownership and Copyrighter Doctrine
To protect the proprietary material of our clients, we make every effort to only produce images that are copyrighted and/or owned by said sender of images to StarMark Imaging. Additionally, senders of images to StarMark Imaging are agreeing to and approving said images are solely owned by him/her.  StarMark Imaging takes every precaution to only print legal prints of images and has the right to refuse service and/or business to individuals or corporations that we feel are infringing upon someone else’s copyrighted property. Hours of Operation
Customer service is available Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5:30pm EST.  Additional hours and days may be added during the peak seasons as needed.

Most orders will be shipped using UPS.  The following are costs* for shipping:
Ground - FREE on orders exceeding $100.00 / $8.00 on orders under $100.00
2nd Day Air -$15.00
Next Day Express - $30.00

Saturday delivery can be obtained for domestic deliveries, please call 800-776-3456 to set up a domestic recipient.

Drop Shipments
The “Drop Shipments” option can be found in the ROES program during the “Review Order” stage.  We will ship your order directly to your client with no indication of our company on the shipping label, as well as no inclusion of an invoice.  Any of our UPS options can be selected for drop shipments. Standard drop shipments will be $8.00 on all orders.

Email Notification System
Signing up for an account with StarMark Imaging enrolls you into our promotional email notification system, where you will be notified of upcoming promotions, news and sales.
